UX/UI design & CRO

Help visitors understand, choose and take the next step.

UX organises the journey, UI makes the interface clear and consistent, and CRO evaluates whether changes help people complete the intended action. We work on a specific customer task: choosing a service, making an enquiry or buying a product.

THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Where does the journey break down?

  1. 1Understand the service
  2. 2Find the answers
  3. 3Choose the next step
  4. 4Receive a clear response
Examine what is missing between a visitor’s intention and a completed task.

WHO IT HELPS

Does this sound familiar?

For websites with visitors but an unclear offer, difficult choices or obstacles to making an enquiry. Also useful before development, while the main journey can still be refined.

Why WebSEOVision?

We start with the customer’s task and available evidence. We distinguish an observed problem from a hypothesis, so changes to colours and buttons have a clear reason.

THE WORK IN PRACTICE

What the service includes

01

Review the customer journey

Trace key steps, content and available data. Check mobile use, keyboard access and specific customer tasks.

YOU RECEIVE

A prioritised record of observed difficulties and supporting evidence.

02

Design priority improvements

Clarify the offer, comparisons, forms and actions. Describe error and success states and identify the technical work required.

YOU RECEIVE

Screens and implementation guidance covering the main interaction states.

03

Verify the implementation

Check whether people can complete the task and whether measurement captures the right action. Plan an appropriate experiment when traffic is sufficient.

YOU RECEIVE

A verification plan with success criteria and a record of limitations.

Scope boundaries

We do not promise a percentage uplift without measurement. Paid tools, participant recruitment and development are agreed separately. Low traffic or incomplete data may prevent a reliable A/B test.

A BUSINESS EXAMPLE · 01

A B2B service with a demanding first-enquiry form

A visitor wants to discuss a project, but the form requires a budget, technical parameters and business details they cannot yet provide.

First contact and detailed scoping at the right time
  1. 01

    First step

    Contact and a brief requirement

  2. 02

    Clear response

    Accepted enquiry or recoverable error

  3. 03

    Conversation

    Understand the need

  4. 04

    Scope

    Parameters, timing and budget

What we review
Check which fields are necessary for the first conversation, where errors occur and how the team handles incoming enquiries.
What we would improve
We would retain contact details and a brief description, requesting specifics at the appropriate stage. Define when a submission is accepted and how visitors can recover from an error.
Practical value
The first step better fits an early conversation. We assess whether the team receives useful information as well as the number of enquiries.

A BUSINESS EXAMPLE · 02

An online shop that explains key terms too late

A customer likes a product but discovers delivery costs, the total price or return conditions only at the end of checkout.

Key conditions before the purchase decision
  1. 01

    Product

    Variant and availability

  2. 02

    Terms

    Delivery, price and returns

  3. 03

    Order

    Only the necessary details

  4. 04

    Confirmation

    What happens next and when

What we review
Review the product page and checkout on mobile. Identify when availability, delivery, total cost and required information become clear.
What we would improve
We would show relevant conditions earlier and clarify each step. Explain errors next to the field and retain previously entered information where safe.
Practical value
Customers can decide with better information and fewer surprises. The effect on completed orders is measured using real data rather than invented percentages.

HOW WE WORK

Observe, improve, verify

  1. 1

    Identify the obstacle

Define the task, baseline and point of difficulty.

  2. 2

    Design a specific change

Connect the proposal to the observation and state the expected effect.

  3. 3

    Verify and decide

Test behaviour and measurement, review the result and identify the next questions.

How we evaluate progress

Track completed tasks, confirmed enquiries and errors according to the goal and available data. An email click is not a submitted enquiry. Comparisons account for traffic, timing, seasonality and other simultaneous changes.

When this is the right service

UX/UI and CRO improve how people use the website and evaluate changes. Development implements them; SEO and advertising attract visitors. More traffic does not remove obstacles in the journey.

BEFORE WE START

Practical questions

Will conversions increase by a specific percentage?

We cannot credibly promise a figure in advance. We define a goal and baseline, evaluate specific changes and report the observed result.

What if traffic is low?

We can address clear problems and run task-based tests with suitable participants. A small sample is not presented as statistically proven growth.

Do we need a complete redesign?

No. If the difficulty lies in a service description, comparison or contact step, we start there. A complete redesign makes sense when wider problems are supported by evidence.

How do you protect visitor data?

We use only necessary data and agreed access. Recording and research require appropriate consent and masking of sensitive fields. Public examples do not contain personal data.

THE NEXT STEP

Let’s find what is getting in the way of enquiries

Share an important page, the intended action and the difficulty you have noticed. We will establish what the available evidence can tell us and which change deserves testing first.

Let’s discuss the brief
Let’s discuss your website

First, we clarify what you need.

After receiving an enquiry, we discuss the context and whether we can help. Scope, price and timing are agreed before work begins.
