What was the brief?

In and Out the Concept brings together second-hand fashion, markets and circular consumption. Its platform serves visitors as well as the team organising multiple events.

What needed to be addressed

The brief was to develop an existing website: support busier periods, clarify market information and organise registration and payment journeys.
