What was the brief?

Partners Group works with an international development team in Slovakia. WebSEOVision’s role was consultative: translate a search-discovery problem into concrete tasks for developers.

What needed to be addressed

The indexing problem needed to be translated into actionable tasks for a separate development team. This required an agreed plan, clear responsibility for changes and implementation checks.
