CLIENT & CONTEXT

What was the brief?

Po stapkite na Aleko s priyatel brings together running, cycling and team formats. WebSEOVision’s work covers the website and digital marketing, from explaining the disciplines to producing content, running campaigns and coordinating information around the event.

What needed to be addressed

Runners need route and elevation details. Teams need clear participation rules. Potential partners need to understand the purpose of the event. The challenge was to answer these different questions while keeping the shared experience at the centre of the story.

APPROACH & DELIVERY

The work delivered

  1. 01

A website people can use to prepare

We built and developed the event website with dedicated information on routes, rules, registration, news and the cause. Participants can return to practical details after seeing a campaign post.

  2. 02

    Strategy, content and advertising

We planned the event marketing and produced posts, videos and campaign visuals. Running and cycling had separate campaigns and messages that reflected different motivations to take part.

  3. 03

    Participants, partners and media

We supported participant communication and worked on partnership proposals, communication materials and media outreach. The website, social channels and practical updates followed a shared direction.

COMMUNITY, PARTNERS AND A CAUSE

Sport brings people together around a shared purpose

The 2026 event supports the Ela i ti Foundation’s campaign for an accessible vehicle for people with disabilities. Explaining this purpose is part of the event communication.

The cause on the official website

Partner communication

We prepared materials and proposals that explain the event, its audiences and opportunities to support it. This sits alongside participant content and media communication within the marketing work.

RESULT & PRACTICAL VALUE

What was delivered

The website and marketing materials connect one event with several ways to take part. The work brings together web development, planning, content, advertising and communication. The organising team is responsible for the sporting and logistical delivery of the event.

When strategy, communication and sport come together

The 2026 edition of the Aleko event brought together over 730 participants. WebSEOVision supported its promotion through website development, marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, social media content, and communications with participants and partners.
